Cinderella will travel to your home for a 15 minute front porch visit. One pumpkin gift & paint kit is included in the initial cost, additional pumpkin & paint kit may be added on for a +$10/per fee.

Inquiry requests will be responded to in the order in which they are received. You will receive a response within 24 hours of your inquiry request submission. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We will not reserve or hold time slots.

This is a non-refundable, non-transferrable offer. If in the event you must cancel your visit you may apply 100% of monies paid to a different service offered by Once Upon A Time Parties, LLC within a six month period.

Should you need to reschedule your visit time to a different time slot please inform us immediately so that we may see if arrangements can be made. Rescheduled time slots are not guaranteed as time slots may fill quickly. If we are unable to reschedule your visit, you can opt for a personalized video message from Cinderella and your pumpkin & paint kit gift(s) will be dropped off by one of our cast members within one week of the originally scheduled visit.

Due to allotted travel time between time slots and locations, we reserve the right to refuse requests for locations that exceed a 30 minute travel time from previously scheduled visits. Time slots will not be adjusted from what is posted on the selection list.

If in the event of heavy inclement weather we will offer the following: A full refund (*note, inclement weather cancellations on our end is the only exception to our refund policy), or 100% balance transfer to a different service offered by Once Upon A Time Parties, LLC within a six month period. If rain is expected but will be light we will move forward with scheduled visits.
